Z czym Wam się kojarzy równy podział obowiązków? Bo mi pierwsze co do głowy przychodzi, to dom, rodzina, pranie, sprzątanie, gotowanie i robienie zakupów. I wieczna walka z dziećmi o niewyrzucone śmieci i ciągłe kłótnie z mężem. 🙂 Wiecie ile par rozpada się z powodów sprzątania? Moim zdaniem sporo. Człowiek udaje, że chodzi o jakieś wyższe idee, a tak naprawdę chodzi o to, że jedna osoba pracuje na etacie w pracy, a druga osoba pracuje na etacie w pracy i na drugim etacie w domu. Oczywiście, że nieco przejaskrawiam i oczywiście, że są wyjątki (i istnieją gdzieś ludzie, którzy się rozstają, bo się przestali kochać XD).
Szefowa najlepsza we wszystkim
A dlaczego o tym wspominam? Bo jakoś tak zauważyłam, że to, jak zachowujemy się w domu i jak dzielimy pracę w domu, tak podobnie wygląda to u nas w biurach rachunkowych. Jeżeli w domu nie mam wsparcia, albo jestem Zosia Samosia i nikt tak dobrze nie powyciera tą szmatą kurzu jak ja, albo nie przeleci z mopem podłogi jak ja, nikt nie zrobi odpowiednio dobrych zakupów w Biedronce jak ja, to w pracy również prezentuję podobną postawę. I biorę na siebie wszystkie zadania świata, wszystko, co się rusza. No bo wiadomo, że ja – Szefowa – zrobię wszystko najlepiej, nikt tego nie zrobi lepiej ode mnie. To ja wybiorę długopisy, segregatory i kolorowe karteczki w sklepie papierniczym najlepiej, zamówię tonery do wszystkich biurowych drukarek najlepiej, kupię odpowiednio miękki papier toaletowy najlepiej. Nikt do większości zadań w biurze nie podejdzie tak jak ja, nikt nie włoży w to takiego serca jak ja, nikt też nie będzie się potem dziwił mojemu przemęczeniu – tylko ja!
I potem siedzę po godzinach, przemęczona, w weekendy, zestresowana, wypalona i zrezygnowana. Dziwne? W ogóle.
Teamwork dobry na wszystko
Jesteś chora na perfekcjonizm? Masz problemy żeby zaufać innym w najmniejszych, najprostszych zadaniach, droga Szefowo? To mam ćwiczenie dla Ciebie. Zacznijmy od domu. Zrób zebranie wszystkich domowników. To się nazywa teamwork. 🙂 I razem – wspólnie – na małych karteczkach wypiszcie wszystkie domowe obowiązki, jakie muszą być robione, aby rodzina przetrwała: wyrzucanie śmieci, załadowywanie zmywarki, wstawianie prania, zakupy i wszystko, co wam przyjdzie do głowy. Dużo tego będzie. A następnie każdy z domowników wybiera sobie spośród tych karteczek to, czym chce się zająć. Szefowa się nie rządzi – nie narzuca kto ile ma wziąć i co ma wziąć. Każdy bierze tyle ile chce i to co chce. A co z całą masą karteczek, które zostaną bezpańskie? Tu się zaczynają negocjacje, zgniłe kompromisy i inne wspólne ustalenia. Ważne, że będą wspólne. Czy działa? Na początku świetnie. Potem przychodzą trudności i możliwe, że będzie potrzebny kolejny teamwork. Ale lepsze to niż nic.
I to samo, dokładnie to samo, można zrobić w biurze – zorganizować teamwork całego zespołu, na którym na karteczkach wypiszemy wszystkie obowiązki, które trzeba robić i podzielić w firmie. I nagle może się okazać, że w biurze rachunkowym nie chodzi tylko o wyliczenie składek ZUS, podatku Pit i wysłanie JPK do urzędu. Niektórzy w biurze mogą wtedy odkryć, że ktoś w firmie musi zajmować się zakupem artykułów biurowych, higienicznych, chemii do sprzątania. Że trzeba raz na jakiś czas zaktualizować firmowe druki, procedury. Że zorganizowanie wyjścia firmowego, imprezy integracyjnej, czy wigilii biurowej to też jest praca i wysiłek. Że jest naprawdę bardzo dużo tych obowiązków i one niekoniecznie muszą wszystkie spoczywać na barkach jednej osoby. Czasami takiego olśnienia na teamworku doznaje szefowa. 🙂
Zawsze możesz wrócić do tego co było
Może myślisz, że to wszystko tak pięknie brzmi, ale jest nierealne? Bzdura.
Owszem, pojawiają się trudności, bunty i konieczność renegocjowania podziału obowiązków zarówno w domu jak i w pracy. Ale chyba lepsze to, niż siedzieć i narzekać, że jest się przemęczonym, prawda? Spróbuj. Nie bój się i pamiętaj moją życiową dewizę – zawsze możesz wrócić do tego co było. Jeżeli oddanie części obowiązków innym ludziom nie będzie Ci pasowało, będziesz tęskniła za przemęczeniem, wypaleniem i pracą po 20h na dobę, to zawsze możesz zrezygnować z podziału pracy i z powrotem wziąć wszystko na swój garb i robić samemu! Taaa, jasne. 😉
